Hi, I'm Monicia, owner of Works Of Glass. As owner of the shop, I have a hand in everything. Absolutely everything! I dream glass. I dream about soldering. I dream about creating beautiful pieces for you.
I have 5 employees to help me carry out my ideas and we all work in harmony as a team.
This is Randy, my Lead Master. When you come to Works of Glass for a custom window...Randy is the one who will make it! He is self taught and has been doing glass with us for over 10 years. Randy likes to 'Buckskin' and do rendezvous through the years. He has always farmed the family farm where he still lives.
This is Barb. She took classes from us in 1997 and has just taken off from there. She has worked for me for years as a soldered. Barb likes to paint using many mediums, she makes jewelry and loves to create stained glass with teeny tiny pieces! She lives in Arizona in the winter and works for us part time when she is up North.
Karol, with a K is how I met her originally when she went through our classes. Karol thinks outside the box alot! She used to teach for us, when we taught, but now she is my Personal Assistant and helps me with most of whatever my needs are! She has even been known to solder a custom piece for us when we were on a deadline!
